How to book a RYDE:

Things you need to know:
· The first RYDE:
We recommend you try our RYDE101 intro class. This gives you a chance to get used to the movements, the bike, shoes and the general way we roll in our sessions. For your first time it would be great if you could arrive 15 minutes before the start of your RYDE. Our team will make sure your checked in and ready for your first experience with us.
· Booking a RYDE:
To book a RYDE all you have to do is register online, buy a credit or membership package at our studio, and book through our online schedule. We release our weekly schedule at the start of every week and you can book at anytime.
· Arrival Time:
We ask you to kindly arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of your RYDE. This gives you enough time to check in, and get ready. Please note that unfortunately if you arrive more than 5 minutes after the RYDE has begun you may not be able to enter the studio so please ensure you arrive with enough time.
Cleated shoes are an essential part of the RYDE experience. We provide shoes free of charge or you can bring your own SPD cleated pair. Our shoes are thoroughly cleaned after every use so no need to worry about that. A pair will be waiting for you at the front desk when you check in. Please only where the shoes in the waiting area by the studio.
You can pre order a shake at the front desk when you arrive. The shake will be waiting for you in the R-bar ready to be picked when you finish your RYDE.
WATER. Not much more to say here. You really need it. We have bottles of water with sport caps available to buy at the front desk. You can also feel free to bring your own bottle.
A workout towel will be waiting for you on your bike. We also have towels stocked up in our changing rooms ready for you when you want to hit the showers.
If you are unable to make it to your RYDE we understand. If you cancel at least 4 hours prior to your booking we will refund the credit to your account. If you cancel after the 4-hour mark we will try our best to reallocate your bike to another RYDER. If your bike is reallocated you will receive a refund and you won’t loose your credit.
